Its fully furnished with newer beds and mattresses, linens, and bedding. It comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king, and 2 queen beds along with 2 pull out sofa sleepers. When you walk through the front door you are transfixed on the openness of the large living room area. There is a family room area to the right with sofa and chair. The living room has a large leather sectional with 2 electric recliners and another leather sleeper sofa. This room is great for watching tv on the 55" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has cherry wood floors, a king size bed a 50” tv. The large master bath has a large vanity with 2 sinks and a shower. This split plan home design offers extra privacy with the master bedroom on the left and the other two bedrooms on the right side of the home. Each of the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds with tile floors and 40” tvs with cable. The main bath offers wood floors and a tub shower surround with vanity sink. The large kitchen has a porcelain sink with new faucet and many cabinets well stocked for all your kitchen needs. There are plate settings for 10, and tons of utensils, pots and pans, etc. It has bar area at the end with 2 bar stools. There’s a washer and dryer and even a freezer to store all the fish you catch. The dining area has a large wooden table seating for 6 plus another smaller café table with 4 chairs - great for playing cards. The door to the back takes you through the screened porch where there is a couch and loveseat. This is a great place to experience the beautiful outdoors without going outside. This house faces west, so longer days full of sunshine. You’ll experience fantastic sunsets and nice evening breezes. The house is on an extra wide canal, providing ease for turning your boat around. Other canals are much narrower and make this task difficult at best. Lack of parking is a problem at other places but not here. We have a huge area to the right of the house available to park multiple trailers comfortably, plus our extra wide driveway accommodates 4 cars easily. Crystal River is known as the 'Home of the Manatee' and offers great restaurants, shops, and water activities, like fishing, kayaking, boating, and more. You can fish fresh water game from King's bay or take the 25 minute trip down Crystal River to the Gulf of Mexico and catch anything from trout to shark. Fishing off the dock, you can catch blue gill, large mouth bass, sail catfish, and mangrove snapper. Which ever place you choose to stay, you can't go wrong in Crystal River - it's old Florida at its best. It's scenic, surrounded by wild life, and with beautiful clear blue springs. You can see dolphin and manatee almost every time you go boating and sometimes right off our dock. And there are otters living in this canal as well. Home is on a canal off of the Homosassa River leading out to the Gulf Of Mexico. Located at mile marker 76. Internet, cable provided. Very cozy and clean with a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a large bay window that gives you a scenic view of the canal. Everything in this home is immaculate and up to date. Very nice getaway place in the winter months. A small boat can be docked in the canal. We have 2 TV's in each bedroom and one in the living room. There is cable tv / high speed internet. Home has 2 carports and a large covered lanai that is lovely to sit in in the cooler weather.
